UVIONIX was founded by Boris Iskrev and Stanislav Darmonski to eliminate a problem they had experienced repeatedly in practice: warehouses are operating on unreliable inventory data. Mismatched records, manual counts, and delayed updates create operational risk across logistics, procurement, and finance. The founders set out to close this visibility gap by building a single source of truth – accurate, real time, and independently verified inventory data.
The company develops fully autonomous indoor flying robots that operate without human pilots or manual intervention. Its proprietary aircraft, U-VeE, is a compact coaxial drone engineered specifically for warehouse environments. It autonomously scans barcodes, reads lot numbers and expiration dates, recognizes and counts objects, and processes all data on board in real time. The system integrates directly with existing warehouse management systems and provides documented visual audit trails for every inventory event.
Rather than replacing warehouse workers, UVIONIX empowers them. The platform provides reliable information so that teams across operations, procurement, and finance can make better decisions with confidence. In an industry that accounts for over 10% of global GDP and is rapidly embracing automation in the wake of supply chain disruptions, UVIONIX addresses an urgent and universal need.
UVIONIX is headquartered in California with a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 spanning hardware engineering, software development, avionics, and AI.
