Who are we looking for?

We invest in established companies where change is necessary but not always straightforward — businesses with strong underlying value, proven operations and the potential to evolve into their next chapter. While we have deep experience in sectors such as technology and agriculture, we approach opportunities with a flexible, situation-driven mindset. We are particularly drawn to situations where capital alone is not enough. Ownership transitions, generational change, international expansion or long-postponed investments often require a thoughtful partner who understands both the business and its context. More than specific deal structures, we focus on the people involved. We look for owners and management teams who are ready to engage in change with clarity and commitment — preserving what makes the business valuable, while building what comes next.

How we work

We approach each investment as a long-term partnership, often in situations where alignment, trust and careful execution matter as much as capital. Our role is to bring structure to complexity — helping companies navigate ownership changes, strategic shifts and new phases of development. We work closely with management and owners to create clarity around priorities, strengthen decision-making and support the organization through transition. This often means introducing more structured ways of working, supporting leadership evolution and helping businesses adapt to new market realities. Many of the companies we partner with have been built over decades and play a meaningful role in their local economies. Our aim is not to redefine them, but to help carry them forward — combining their existing strengths with greater structure, stronger governance and a more future-ready operating model.
People behind the partnerships
We work closely with management teams and owners — supporting strategic priorities, organizational development and disciplined execution — as they navigate periods of transition and build for the long term.
